Shipping Locations

We ship to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, United Kingdom and Ireland. At this time, we do not ship to any other locations.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders delivered within Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, United Kingdom and Ireland.

Processing Times

We aim to process all orders within one business day after the order is complete. In the case of any significant processing or shipping delays, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided during checkout.

Delivery 

Orders are shipped directly from our suppliers' international distribution hubs. Multiple product orders may not all be delivered at the same time. Delivery typically takes between 14-21 days, although orders often arrive sooner. If for some reason you have not received your order after this time, please contact support@woofsters.com.au and we'll look into it for you.

You’ll receive an email notification from us once your order has shipped which will include your item tracking number.
